Case Information

Witness Information
- Name: Zoey Deul
Date of Birth: 11/NOV/1990
Phone Number: 597-8276
Occupation: Police Officer III, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Officer Zoey Deul responded to an SOS distress call that originated from the Flecca Bank closest to LifeInvader. When arriving at the scene several vehicles were seen fleeing the bank. One of the vehicle plates Deul was able to capture on her MDC was a Gargoyle with plate TDB45DR4 which was registered to Truls Svartlamon.
Deul alongside Detective Edward Linton went into the bank to collect any evidence. Deul was able to find a GPS that had been left inside the bank vault which she took to her car to collect any fingerprints that might have been left on it. The GPS had a set of fingerprints that were able to be pulled off the GPS and when comparing them against the fingerprint database returned back to Truls Svartlamon.
Leaving the scene of the bank Deul and Linton stopped near a traffic stop that involved Truls Svartlamon. Deul confirmed with Linton who the prints came back as and from that point Linton placed Truls Svartlamon under arrest.

Case Information
- Incident Date: 25/APR/2024
Witness Information
- Name: Edward Linton
Date of Birth: 26/APR/2024
Phone Number: 286-4405
Occupation: Detective I, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- On the 25th of April, I was under my Unit (3-H-17) alongside Zoey Deul. We responded to a bank robbery call at Lifeinvader bank. Upon arriving on scene, Officer Peter Macburry was already there. Due to an officer already being on the ground, I followed a Gargoyle that was leaving the scene and managed to catch its plate. After attempting to catch the plate of a second bike (BF400), it got away. So, I redirected to the bank to assist Deputy Chief Elizabeth Sanchez in clearing the bank. After clearing the bank, some items were located on the ground just at the final door to the vault.
One of the items was a GPS. Officer Zoey Deul used the Fingerprint Test kit, and we managed to recover the print of the suspect. A scene with another suspected bank robber and affiliate of Truls was being done, so I made my way over. Officer Zoey Deul continued to do forensics on the GPS and managed to find a second set of prints again belonging to Truls Svartlamon. I placed Truls into cuffs and consulted Officer Deul once again. She placed charges, so the detention was escalated to an arrest with the suspect stating that he was using a drill so if his prints were found on it he shouldn't be charged. He then proceeded to indirectly threaten myself. The charges were placed based on a combination of prints being found on items located within the innermost doors of the bank, affiliation to the group robbing the bank, and the suspect's vehicle leaving the bank.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Edward Linton, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

So do you expect me to check in on this case every day?
I filed this case in APRIL, yes you heard correctly, APRIL. That is in human years, 7 months pretty accurate.
What contact with the court do you expect me to do? If I show up at your office 88/90 times there is no people from JB there...
Maby hire som more people so cases can be followed up in a more natural/professional pace insted of cases taking up to a year, people tend to forget about it. Not eveybody signs into the gov website all the time.
Peace

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Truls Svartlamon
#24-CM-0073
A decision was reached in the above case on the 9th day of December, 2024.
Facts
The prosecution at trial proved that an individual seen on CCTV wearing a black t-shirt mask, grayscale urban ski goggles, white gloves, a gray rain jacket with a bullseye on the back, gray pants and shoes. The prosecution also proved that a motorcycle, registered to the defendant, was spotted leaving the scene of the crime.
The defense argued that being in proximity of a crime being committed and similar clothing are not enough to effectively charge and individual.
Verdict
The court finds that the defendant was in possession of similar pants, shoes, a black t-shirt mask, grayscale urban ski goggles, and white gloves at the time of the arrest. The court finds that the probability of an individual randomly having these items, so similar to that of the individual pictured of CCTV, to be too low for a reasonable person to deem the event as a mere happenstance.
The additional evidence of the individuals motorbike, registered to the defendant, being seen fleeing from the bank presents too many coincidences for the court to disregard.
It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
- On the count of SF07 - Bank Robbery, I find the defendant, Truls Svartlamon, guilty.
The court will not be requiring additional fees from the defendant.
So ordered,
