I have read through your application and have APPROVED your business license request. You now must pay the fee for licensing at your earliest convenience BEFORE opening for operation. The total monthly licensing fee will be $30,000. You will also need to pay a one-time fee of $50,000 for the one-off licenses.
On the 1st of June, 2022, your license fee will cost $80,000. For every subsequent month the fee will be $30,000, which is to be paid on the 1st of every month starting July 1st, 2022. You pay these fees to the City Hall Clerk at the information desk.
Afterward, you will attach a digital copy of your receipt on this licensing form. (( Post a screenshot of the notification in your chatbox once you make the donation. ))

Hello, we will be dropping the GRBL:08 - Marine Fuel Retailer license, and picking up 1x GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer for both 'Arcadius Gas', and '68 Arcadius Gas' to be under starting in July.

Here is the receipt for the month of July. Since we have removed the GRBL:08 - Marine Fuel Retailer license, the total should be $100,000. Let me know if anything is incorrect.

Modification of Licensing Conditions

As a current license holder, I must inform you that effective immediately the GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer violations have been updated as authorized by the Board of Commissioners.
A summary of the changes are as follows:
- The time before a stage 1 violation for failure to refuel has been reduced from 3 consecutive weeks to 2 consecutive weeks.
- The time before a stage 2 violation for failure to refuel has been reduced from 2 months to 3 consecutive weeks.
- The time before a stage 3 violation for failure to refuel including business termination and seizure of property has been reduced from 3 months to 1 month.
Fuel stations that are currently in breach of their licensing regulations will still be handled under the old violation standards in the interest of fairness.
Any fuel station that reaches a stage 1 violation from today, 09/NOV/2022, will be handled under these new violation standards.
Please find below the new wording:
GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer
Any business that sells bulk quantities of fuel must possess a Fuel Retailer License.
License Fee:
* There is a monthly cost of $80,000 for this license.
Restrictions & Requirements:
* Ownership of a Fuel Station.
* Must be actively trading under The San Andreas State Government.
Violations:
* Failure to refuel your gas station for 2 consecutive weeks will result in a fine of $40,000.
* Selling fuel with octane above 100, selling red diesel, selling AVGas, along with the gas station being empty for 3 weeks will result in 30 months in prison and a fine of $60,000.
* Failure to refuel the gas station consecutively for 1 month will result in 60 months in prison, along with a property removal and a business termination.
