While running around at Legion, I see a pursuit going on. I was talking with a friend. I then turned the corner on foot, almost getting hit by a bus with 10-plus people in it. They then followed me, telling me to get in. I said no. Ran up into a parking garage. Then I hear sirens behind me in a second. Later I'm getting shot in the back. No demands to stop running or this is the police just shot in the back... the cop runs up reading me my rights and cuffing me, and I'm asking what happened because He just shot me in the back. He puts me in the cruiser. And takes me down to a scene and tells me I'm getting charged with armed robbery and accessory to evading. At the time of my arrest, I was wearing purple pants. No shirt (because it was hot outside) and my helmet that helps with my anxiety. They rip my helmet off. Find nothing on me. Suspends my license for running on foot... no car... they all 3 said their badge numbers, but sadly I only Remembered the name David Loan. I informed the cops I had no part in what happened, as I was just with the bus of people that almost hit me. and that I was also in a gang HQ... when they drove up and shot me in the back. They didn't seem to care? As one of the officers states, "See you next year in court." Which is highly disrespectful after sending me through emotional distress. Upon Leaving DOC I found out my helmet,Mask,Radio was missing from the evidence locker within the DOC Grounds... I have had that helmet on for Majority of my life ((3 years IRL Time Since I joined the server)) an have gone though so much with it. and Now I don't even know if I'm ever gonna see it again.
