Narrative: I was driving round when I got pulled over and arrested for having an illegal firearm, the charge was places 4 days ago and I have no recollection of having an illegal firearm and don't know where this warrant has come from I just got arrested and was taken to the DOC. I am now out of the DOC and am filing this appeal to get this imaginary charge removed from my record so I can apply for DCC and get a job which I cannot get when this bogus charge is on my record.
