My name is Marshall Graham and I’m from Los Santos, more specifically, the Mirror Park area. I had a normal childhood, doing well in highschool. After highschool, I moved out from my parents house and attended college for Environmental Biology. I decided it wasn’t the right path for myself, so I dropped out and moved to Little Seoul. I needed to get a job to pay for bills, so I began to look around for job opportunities. Due to my bigger stature, I was recommended for a security/bouncer job. I applied for a bouncer position at a local club and I got accepted. I decided I wanted something more professional with better pay and conditions, so I am applying for SADOC.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on devoting most of my time and energy. I tend to be an over worker, so you can always count on myself to be working at 100% efficiency.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I am applying to SADOC for a change in pace, but for a similar job. SADOC is more professional than a normal bouncer job at a club, and that's the change I am looking forward to. I was recommended to apply to SADOC by a colleague of mine at the club, as she thought I would fit in very well. I checked out the recruitment website and upon reading about the position, I decided she was right, and here I am applying.

I think you should accept me over other applicants because I have previous experience as well as a very positive outlook and personality. I am a very hard worker, sometimes it being a flaw. Once I set my mind on something, I won’t stop until it is done to the best of my ability. I also believe that a lot of the experience from my previous job will help me in this career path.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Very well. I have had weapons of all sorts pulled on me before for breaking up fights and/or refusing to let someone in.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
Physically, I feel as if I am a good fit for the job. I am very fit, strong, and of large stature. I have broken up many fights and am able to use my strength to do so. I am very calm and able to process stressful situations very well. I’m a good problem solver and I am able to talk myself out of potentially dangerous/heated situations. My knowledge of how to handle dangerous situations will also be a good asset.
