Narrative: I was down by the beach when a officer drove up next to me and asked if there was any property for sell around the area, a guy that I just met went and showed him a house for sale, I then get in a car with a stranger because he told me he can give me a ride. The Officer immediately pulled over the car as we left the beach. The officer then demanded the driver to hop out of the car and the driver fled. We then get in a pursuit that I had no choice to be in. The driver takes the chase all the way to Paleto mountains where he then wrecks into a tree. Then I hop out the car and Immediately run to a tree to get into cover. Soon as I saw officers in my sight I walked towards them, they then arrest me and charge be with evading because as a officer said "I didn't put my hands up and shout I surrender." I was never questioned and a higher ranking officer refused to speak with me after I cooperated.
