DEFENDANTS STORY/OPENING STATEMENTS:[When they brought me into the bank I had no gun, or gloves on me. when I entered the bank with my captures forcing me into the bank. While being held captive PD decided to breach and I got shot 5 times by my capture's. Then I was given very little medical attention and was shipped off to doc as a Bank robber ] (Bank CCTV seem me going in but thats all it seen then they broke it and held me up.)
