NOTICE
This topic has been locked and deprecated, as forum users can now adjust their own forum names. Please follow the steps:
- Go to "User Control Panel" in the top right by clicking on your name, then the "Profile" tab, and then go to "Edit Account Settings" (or click HERE).
- In the "Username" field, adjust your name to your desired forum name, in the format of "Firstname Lastname".
- Click submit.
Los Santos Police Department
Forum Name-Change Requests
Players intending to apply to the Los Santos Police Department faction, any other emergency services faction, or for any other in-character purpose on the forum may submit a request to have their government forum name changed to their character name.
Please use the following code in a reply to this topic, with the format of Firstname Lastname (without an underscore).

Requested Name: Firstname Lastname
It is important to note that once requested, your forum name may be changed at any point, meaning that if you have to sign in to the forums, you may have to do so with your requested name.
