San Andreas State Government
Penal Code Amendment
Date: 16/NOV/2021
NM-07, NM-11, GM-09, GM-10, GM-17, NM-08, GF-15, VM-04 Amended on the San Andreas Penal Code

Any misdemeanor crimes with no jail time will remain a misdemeanor, but will simply have a fine as a penalty. Do note that if you are given a lawful order to stop an action e.g. fake 911 calls, it could result in Failure to Comply should you not adhere the order.

  • NM07 - Public Intoxication
    From: 10 minutes
    To: $1,500 fine
  • NM11 - Misuse of Government Public Safety Radio Frequencies or Hotlines
    From: 10 minutes & $750 fine
    To: $1500 fine
  • GM09 - Vandalism
    From: 10 minutes
    To: $2,500 fine
  • GM10 - Vigilantism
    From: 10 minutes
    To: $2,000 fine
  • GM17 - Failure to Pay a Fine
    From: 5 minutes
    To: 15 minutes (also limited to 1 charge).
  • NM08 - Trespassing
    From: "Entering and/or remaining on someone else's property without permission."
    To: "Knowingly entering and/or remaining on property without permission from its property owner/licensed manager."
  • GF15 - Burglary
    From: "Entering a residential room, vehicle, building, or house without uncoerced consent."
    To: "Illegally entering a building, vehicle, or other areas with the intent to commit a crime."
  • VM04 - Impeding Traffic
    From: 10 minutes
    To: $2,000
  • Additionally, all driver's and trucker's license suspensions have been reduced from 2 days to 1 day. You can still have your driver's and/or trucker's license suspended up to a maximum of 10 days if further crime is committed whilst it's suspended.
Effective immediately.
