Christian Botello, born and raised in Los Santos 1992. Raised as an orphan, I had a rough childhood since the day I understood that my parents were millionaires who abandoned me once I was born. I was struggling my whole life on finding myself of who I want to be. The path was rough, even I managed to graduated in high school, the intelligent kids mindset pushed me the wrong way. Last year, I met a person, what I will regret my whole life. A man with illegal opportunities offered some jobs to a lost man with a lost soul. I and a other guy I don't recall remembering his name committed an armed robbery and car chop shop. Got caught by police not long after. That moment I understood that my life is over, but one day, during prison time, I've met a wonderful prison guard who helped to rehabilitate in the right direction. My mindset have totally changed in prison, there I've decided who I want to be and what kind of man I want to be...

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to dedicate myself fully to this job, since I have no other activities and not looking for any extra.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I have chosen to continue my path as a prison guard in Los Santos Department of Corrections. I feel a duty to help other prisoners rehabilitate as I did. Since I've finished my prison time, what was long time ago, I haven't committed any crime except speeding tickets.
I believe in choosing me over other applicants, you would be choosing someone whose energy and enthusiasm for any task at hand would be unmatched. In everything in my life, I take an almost competitive drive in it. I want to learn, I want to improve. I want to be the person in the workplace who is known as reliable, the person to ask for guidance or solutions to problems that might arise. These things don't come over night, but working towards being a knowledgeable professional is something I excel and, I believe I would make a great candidate for SADOC.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I feel that I am great and level headed in high pressure or stressful situations. Depending on the situations, I feel I am great at diffusing confrontations with people, and I've always been able to handle high pressure situations with a calm and collected manner.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
Currently I have a driving license, so that can be used incase we need to transport inmates or anything related to the prison buses. I'm also looking forward in getting firearms license.
I also have a good understanding of the law since I studied in prison. As well as that, I'm not coming into this think that it's a laid back job. I understand that prisons can be rough, full of life long criminals and that things can get rough but I feel totally confident with myself that I can complete my duties since I totally understand a person with a lost mindset behind bars and a stressful guards day.

Yes, I have stated that in my resume, but I'm a change man. Convicted of- armed robbery, chop shop, evasion felony, speeding tickets.
