- I'm requesting information on demerits and how they are tracked and if there is any paper trail or logging of when someone gets a demerit.
-I'm also requesting information of how to get demerits fully removed or one at the time removed off a persons record.

Dear @Jordan Wealthmeer,

I hope you are doing well first and foremost.

The Los Santos Police Department has the ability to track the issuance of citations and demerits through Traffic Stop Reports which are submitted by Officers optionally. The State of San Andreas Penal Code, which can be found here, includes all traffic violations that warrant a demerit in the VC/GC section of citations. Demerits are issued at Officer discretion with only a single demerit point being allowed to be given per incident. Demerits can not be fully removed or one at a time - once a demerit is received/issued, it is permanent on the driving record of the individual that received it with every 3 demerit points (3rd, 6th, 9th...) warranting a mandatory 2-day license suspension.
