DEFENDANTS STORY/OPENING STATEMENTS: I was chilling with the mandem on the pier when officer Peter started harrasing me and my friends he told us to take off our masks cause it was illegal and we did so and comply so i dont know why he would arrest us its not lawful and its fake charges after he told me to put my hands up i told officer Peter to fuck his mother and officer Peter suddenyl took out his .50 pistol gun and started aiming at me so i was scared for my life and i started running away but officer peter tazered me which was uncalled for and excessive force i want the charges removed and my money given back to me as well as officer Peter removeed from teh police department and arrested.
