I'm a hardworking man who's been in the city for quite some time now doing a various of jobs i grew up a bit poor but i feel have made a decent name for myself being a kind compassionate man in the Los Santo's i strive for greatness and to dedicated my life to cleaning up the streets and making this beautiful city a stronger and cleaner place.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on putting an entire one hundred percent of my energy into the department and being the absolute best i can be i want to be there on late nights when not many officers are on duty in case something happens i know i could have helped and put my knowledge to use.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words) I feel im just a work horse and i'll always be eager to pick up extra shifts and do my part and then some. I feel like with my extreme friendly personality i feel like i would easily be able to deescalate high stress situations. I feel like i am compassionate enough to rehabilitate these inmates and work with them into bettering their lives after release.

Very well i remain calm and try to really talk it out with them on a compassionate level i do not try to belittle anyone or look down on them i try to see the situation from their point of view and work from there.

I am very friendly i can get along with most anyone, i am understanding and can look at anyone and be a good listener to their complaints or disturbances. I am very responsible and will always be on a timely manner for my shifts. I have a very strong moral compass and will not be easily manipulated.

I have a few warnings on my account nothing severe when i first started i jumped right in and have played a lot of previous servers to this one and wasn't too aware of the major differences in rules since then i have re read everything to the fullest a few times and really have them all entirely down now so you can rest assure i will not receive any more issues in the future.
