I'm Santana Lopez, 20 years old. I've been born in beautiful Mendoza, Argentina. Growing up in Mendoza, i've always been taught to work, work and work. Living in Argentina was hard, that's why my mother wished for me to live a better life in a wealthier state. That's why i came to Los Santos. In my freetime i love to go fishing and ride my bicycle. I'm not the richest unfortunately, that's why i came to DOC. I've heard it's a fun job and good paying. I just want to fulfill the dream of my mother and live a good life here.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I'm hard working, that's why i would dedicate most of my time in the city to serve the government. I'd give it my best to do the best job i possibly can.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
As i said, i'm hard working and not a guy to slack off. Having witnessed a lot of crime back home in Argentina, i know how most of the inmates think. One of my goals is to help the inmates to change for the better. I studied psychology back in Argentina, so i know how to properly talk to people and understand their views on life. I want them to abandon the criminal lifestyle and switch to the right side of the bars. Also, as i stated above i want to fulfill the dream of my late mother and live a better life in her honor. I also think i could make a lot of friends while working here, which is something i love to do: Meeting new people.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I'm not hot-headed. I stay calm in situations like these and handle them slowly, making sure nobody else gets under pressure.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
As stated above, i studied psychology, so i know how to communicate with people and especially inmates. Also as i said before, im trying to help the inmates change for the better and help them abandon their troubled past. I'm a hard worker and can make stressful situations seem like fun for everybody involved, helping everybody calm down. Also i think i'm great at helping people calm down in general. Should an inmate be acting up, i think i could be the one to calm him down, complying with the Guards' demands.

I don't, no.

Yes, i've been arrested 6 months ago on a illegal gun charge. This however was half a year ago and i'd say i changed. I know what the right side of the bars is, that's why i came here.
