- Im a self proclaimed GENIUS at contractual and accounting law. I have some practical knowledge at criminal law but would love to learn more and give my two cents in certain cases. My goal is to help the JB as a whole grow to be profitable and uphold the law. Im a great farmer but with that said their is only so much you can do as a farmer to help the city as a whole.

4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):- I became highly interested in this field of law and chose it as my career path after researching various fraudulent activities of large companies. I am naturally inclined to do honest business, and I am dedicated to ensuring the companies I work with follow legal tax reporting procedures, adhere to financial regulations and implement policies that streamline processes and ensure financial reporting is accurate and complies with all corporate and legal regulations. Mostly I just want to join JB to help the community.
- One of my biggest strengths is perseverance. I once represented a client who filed a suit against their employer for failing to pay for injuries they sustained while on the job. It was a difficult case to gather evidence since no employees claimed to witness the accident and there was no video footage. After performing some in-depth research and interviewing several employees, I was able to find out that there was a delivery driver present who corroborated my client's story. Thankfully, we were able to settle quickly after that.
- First I would like to see the cases actually go through the court system and not auto denied because of small issues. Secondly, I would love to see gang vs gang court cases before or after gang vs gang fights. We could prove it to be more financially feesable for them as weapons cost so much as well as fines associated. Finally, I would love to see more PD/SD be held accountable for some things I have heard around the city they should not be doing.

In addition to her work in these areas, Anita represents clients in complex civil litigation, and both accused students and sexual assault victims in campus disciplinary proceedings.
