  • I was the chief Inspiration Officer at Fitzgerald Enterprises from 2018-2021, a company run by my father. I admittedly had few responsibilities here but it gave me great experience with working with people and ensuring they are happy and satisfied with everything!

  4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):
  • After being cut off from my father's financial accounts and his company's premium gold credit card for being a "leech" on the family funds, I was stranded in Los Santos with not a penny to my name. He said I was not independent enough to return to the family and help him run the business so I decided to start law school at Los Santos University to prove him wrong, since then I have been acquiring my Law Degree to eventually become a Paralegal where hopefully I can not only prove to him I am useful but also help serve the citizens of Los Santos.
    I used to work at LSEMS and I believe this job at the SAJB would be a better fitting job due to the lack of blood and gore involved to be frank, so I can help people without needing to be in the center of 'action'.
  4.2 What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess? Please explain how that could benefit the SAJB (75 WORDS):
  • My ability to withhold judgment or opinion until all the facts are in and verified.
    I think it's a very valuable trait to not judge a person based on others' opinions or initial perceptions of them. Facts speak infinitely louder than opinions and I am very much the kind of person who prefers to wait to see what's presented to me on the table and take that into account before forming my own opinions on anything, be it discussion topics, people, anything. This obviously benefits the SAJB as opinions have no place in the courtroom.
  4.3 If hired please list and explain the things that you would like to see changed in the city (75 WORDS):
  • Better representation for those who cannot afford it and need it. We have a lot of unemployed, poor people living on the streets of Los Santos, and in my time here being cut off from my daddy's platinum gold credit card I have learned hardship thoroughly and hope to be able to represent others who can not afford legal representation through private companies and get what is due to them. Be it through civil cases or through appeals against charges, I believe everyone should be given a fair chance to voice any concerns or disagreements they have.

  • Absolutely not.

  • Unknown, if I do it would merely be the odd speeding ticket from faulty cruise control, nothing serious.

  • After working at Fitzgerald Enterprises for almost 2 years my daddy threatened to cut me off for "leeching" from the family funds. I initially was away at Los Santos for a work retreat and took the other 'lads' from the company for a getaway together here in America to boost morale, however when I got here I found out he cut me off from the platinum gold company credit card, his legal team said he could not sue me as it was technically a work expense even if he disagreed with it.
    Since coming to Los Santos I got a job at LSEMS as an EMR but only lasted a few weeks as the blood was a little too much for my light stomach and went in pursuit of other careers for the fainter of heart. I saw the Judicial Branch was hiring a few months ago and since enrolled myself in Los Santos University (LSU) law school in hope of eventually becoming a paralegal.
    
    I believe I would make a rather spiffing employee to the San Andreas State Government Judicial Branch as my work ethic is 110% and I wish to apply my skills to help those in unfortunate circumstances or just those who need the help of an attorney. You will never find a more well-mannered gentleman like Maximilian Alexander Fitzgerald III and you would miss out greatly!
