i was just minding my own business at the pier and a man walks up to me and tell me to get off the pier i ask a simple question and then officer 8562 came up and said i was being arrested for disturbing the peace he then put me in cuff and made me sit there at the pier while people where insulting me i asked him why i was still just standing out in the open and not in a car he said to cool off and then he left me out there for 10 minutes while people insulted me and threaten to kill me he then put me in a police car and ask me question and i stated i would like a lawyer and he said i would not receive one cause he is not questioning me but he kept on asking me question during that time after at least 10 minutes of asking me a question and me refusing to answer without a lawyer present he then charged me with disturbing the peace

• Dear Chief Justice,
  
  I had a meeting with Mr. Bateman on Monday, and he let me know of his side of the situation more in-depth. However, I am still awaiting a message from Mr. Bateman about a witness to the situation.
  
  Mr. Bateman was at the pier and encountered conflict with a group of people were an argument ensued. The police arrived and told Mr. Bateman that if he says anything negative that he will be charged with Disturbing The Peace. Mr. Bateman moved along and engaged in a private conversation with a person who was not involved in the first scene, and then Mr. Bateman asked the person "Are you retarded?", to which he then got charged with Disturbing The Peace.
