My name is John Malone when I was young my parents bought me a police set to play with I used to cuff my uncle cause he would leave garbage everywhere in school I used to ensure all my school mates followed the rules of the school but once i got out of school i got into college where I got my degree in Criminal justice but after college I enjoyed speeding more.

So I started street racing made tons of money I had a friend Leon who owned a Garage I used to go to and keep my cash at every time I won I would stash about 500k there at Leon's Garage I was winning tons of money I was unstoppable even the cops could not catch me I would put a black plate over my license plate to ensure cops never saw it.

So one day I was headed to Leon's and than i saw a gang had just shot up Leon's Garage and killed Leon I went over as I hear cops are coming I look for my stash of cash but it was gone all my money was gone the gang stole it all as I saw cops just arrived so I quickly hopped into my car started it up and drove it out of his Garage.

I Ran like I never ran before oh I was mad I just lost all my money the cops stayed on me half way from Miami Florida to Orlando but I lost them in Orlando and kept driving till I was in Georgia only stopping for gas and food when I arrived in Atlanta, Georgia I realized I have enough to buy one plane ticket so I did to Los Santos, San Andreas.

As soon as I arrived I still held my car keys to my beautiful car as I tossed them into a near by trash can i walked off Vowing from this moment on I will be a new man I am going to live my dream to be a cop so I started working legally learned my cousin was in town Negan Luciano I learned he turned criminal in LNF than Grim Reapers.

He offered me to join but I said no this time I am going Legal I want to live my dream of being a cop so he passes to me keys to his Rebla GTS told me its a welcome to Los Santos gift to help me on my road

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
As much as I can 24 hours if I can

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I am a hard worker I am loyal I will do the job given to me and get it done I am looking to be SADOC or LSPD or LSSD which ever wants me I will show everyone how hard I work and how I get the job done respect can go a long way but teaching criminals the errors of there way and showing them kindness and respect but keeping distance to ensure there is no issues.

I hope to be able to show my Co Workers how hard I can work and how great I can handle situations that may come up in the work place I am also great on talking my way out of pretty much anything that might come my way.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Breath and handle it carefully Pressure situations need to be handle right or they could end up with lots of dead stressful ones you have to remove the stress to give some one who is stressed time to relax

I am a good team worker making sure the team dose there job and dose there job right I am a Great Listener I love listening to people when it comes down to it I'll listen to there issues and give them advice to handle the situation the legal way I am loyal I will stand by my team through any situation issued I will not abandon my team I love helping others and being there for when they need something.

yes a ban last year in October I have issue in RL my mom had a accident so I had to go to the hospital so I tried to rush out the door and I felt the Rp was going to slow so I tried to leave it but didn't want a issue but still did next time I plan to finish the Rp before leaving instead of trying to rush out the door.
