    Visit the Los Santos City Hall, and walk up to the Information desk and pay the fee on the left side of the desk with the card reader.

    I would like to remind you of the below rule about operating a business without a registration:

    It is against the law to operate a unregistered business while operating in a commercial capacity. If a business is found to be illegally operating then legal action will be taken. Legal action will involve fines, criminal record and jail sentences being added depending on the severity of the breach.

    The license for your business has expired, in that it never existed in the first place, and your business is illegally operating. Please can you arrange to get your license renewed as soon as possible. Your business should not be operating without a license. As penalty for being unlicensed, a fine of $25,000 has been issued against your account. This leaves a remaining balance of $145,000 to be paid by the 1st of August, 2022.
OFFICIAL NOTICE
Failure to license your business while operating in a commercial capacity will result in a "lock-down" of your business and any property associated with it by the San Andreas State Government. Any business placed in "lock-down" may be sold but may not be operated in a commercial capacity. Further continuation of commercial capacity operations without licensing will result in a full seizure of any property associated to the business, termination of the business by the San Andreas State Government, and the business owner will also not be eligible to own, register, or license a business for 1 month.
LAWFUL AUTHORITY
The business licensing bureau retains authority to fine businesses per Section 2, Paragraph 3 of the business licensing bureau "Business Licensing Information" document. The section has been added here for convenience.

Businesses will be given 1 week to pay their license fee or renewal fees. Failure to pay then the above will be enforced and the below fines will be issued:
  • First Offence - $25,000
  • Second Offence - $50,000
  • Third Offence - $90,000
  • Fourth Offence - Further fines and/or removal of business
OUTSTANDING BALANCE CALCULATION
$120,000 : 16th of July, 2021 - 20th of July, 2022
$25,000 : Failure to License Fine
$145,000 : Total

    I, Grace Waters, am giving you official notice of the business ownership change. Due to me rarely being in the state, It has been difficult to transfer the property back to the Eriksen family, as they are the ones who funded it and asked me to manage it for the time being.

    Considering I have all but resigned from my duties, the company will be going back to being managed directly by the Eriksen family, which includes Lexa Eriksen and James Eriksen (both listed in the form).

    As soon as this form is processed, all of the outstanding licensing fees will be paid in full by the new owners to comply with the law and avoid any future fines.
