I had recently finished a firearms licensing class, and was reading the information on "Self-Defense and Citizen's Arrest" and under the "The Police And You" section you have a link to a document titled "Your Rights." However when I go to read these rights, the link gives me an error for "You do not have permission to view this content". I am filing this request to be able to view said document and hopefully have this guide updated with this information as well. While I realize the basic outline of the rights were listed in the document, I would still like to see the originating document.
