CHARGES BEING APPEALED: False Impersonation of a Government Employee

DEFENDANTS STORY/OPENING STATEMENTS: I would like to appeal this charge as per the penal code, false impersonation GF14 is defined by "Impersonating another person in order to harm that person or gain a benefit." While I claimed to be Deputy Chief of Police Jay Bacon, it was only a joke, and I quickly claimed that it was a joke after stating that. While saying that, I was not harming that person or gaining any benefit whatsoever.
