Please provide the full standard operating procedure documents for the LSPD and justice system following the apprehension of a suspect through to delivery of a suspect to the care of the SADOC.

While I am not sure what you mean by "documents for the LSPD and justice system" I can give you a summary of standard operating procedure for arrests.
- Handcuff the suspect and inform them that they are under arrest.
- Read the suspect the Miranda warning
- Ask them if they have any weapons or dangerous objects on them
- Pat down the suspect thoroughly for weapons and contraband
- Place any weapons or contraband in evidence bags and place them in the containers in the trunk of a Cruiser
- Secure the suspect into the back cabin of the Cruiser, and transport to the Mission Row Precinct processing area
- If the suspect does not have a mugshot and fingerprints in the system, they will be taken now
- Apply charges, inform the suspect of their charges and prison time
- Apply applicable license suspensions accompanying the charges and inform the suspect of these suspensions.
- Secure the suspect into the back cabin of the Cruiser, and transport to Bolingbroke Penitentiary
