    • I graduated from the University of Liberty City in 2019 with a major in Media & Communications. I have studied and researched to understand and explain both historical developments and contemporary phenomena involving media, which is an asset I can attribute in the field of law; to draw conclusions by investigating the perspectives of not only my client but their surroundings and possible instigating factors, especially since we live in a society where communication is becoming increasingly important.

I currently work at Bayview as a manager and the Director of Human Resources. I supervise and provide consultation to our management team on staffing plans, development, and labor relations. I ensure compliance with the federal, state and local laws and industry regulations, which is vital to the continued success and profitability of Bayview, as is advising the company managers on legal implications of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances.

  • SECTION 4 - LONG RESPONSE
4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):
    • I have long awaited the possibility of representing the citizens of Los Santos and the people who do not believe that they have a voice in front of the law. It is the best way to understand what our society is about, how it runs, what its rules are, how politics are involved, and how the individual person is affected by all of that. I also want to promote a knowledge of being able to communicate and negotiate. In the law, you do not shy away from conflict, you confront it.
4.2 What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess? Please explain how that could benefit the SAJB (75 WORDS):
    • I am a patient person. In a workplace environment where we value speed, tangible results, and immediate decisions made, it may appear that there is no room for patience. But considering important judgments, negotiations, and innovative ideas that may come up in the Judicial Branch, it is important to practice patience so that we do better business. Being patient means listening, observing, waiting for information to come, consulting other people, and seeking relationships that provide new resources to make good decisions.
4.3 If hired please list and explain the things that you would like to see changed in the city (75 WORDS):
    • From experience, the justice system in Blaine County focuses on major crimes like homicide or gang affiliated-crime. I would like to see petty crimes being taken more seriously. Victims of petty crime are rarely given the justice they deserve due to a lack of resources. I am hoping to modernize, adapt and innovate to make it easier for citizens of the county to access the justice system and reduce injustice. I want to help build a restorative justice model, that is built for rehabilitation rather than punishment. It would be a way for first-time offenders to take responsibility for their actions and work with the victim(s) and community to repair any harm that has been caused.
4.4 Have you ever been arrested/convicted of a felony crime? Explain:
    • No.
4.5 Have you ever been charged with a misdemeanor? Explain:
    • Yes. Reckless Operation.
4.6 Have you ever received a ticket/citation? Explain:
    • Yes. Speeding tickets.
4.7 Please provide a short biography about yourself and why you believe you should be selected (150 WORDS):
    • The judicial branch fascinates me deeply. I am fascinated by the development of the law and the way it adapts to a rapidly changing society. The reason it piques my interest is that it continues to evolve faster than anything else in society, to keep a true reflection of the ever-changing society.

I believe that I will be very suitable for the judicial branch because I am in my prime when challenged, I enjoy the opportunity to think laterally and I like to evaluate interpersonal relationships. I think I can bring real enthusiasm and enthusiasm to the subject of law. I want to demonstrate that law is a sensitive subject, which will allow me to develop the analysis, reasoning, and discussion skills necessary for success.

I believe I have the right attitude and ambition to stand up to the challenge and be successful in this career. My ability to motivate myself is a key factor in my overall success. I am a very hard worker and I am committed to achieving my goals. I always try my best to achieve myself and have a high degree of self-discipline, self-reliance, and initiative.
