WM-02 - Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm - NEWCarrying any type of firearm, weapon, parts of a firearm/weapon or ammunition, either openly or concealed.
Reviewed, edited, and finalized by the San Andreas Judicial Branch & Board of Commissioners.Any person(s) who either openly or concealed carries, possesses or controls any type of firearm or weapon and/or parts of a firearm/weapon, or ammunition, without holding a valid permit for the firearm, or being listed as the registered owner of the firearm or other lawful authority is committing an offense.
