Grew up on a farm. One of six children in a stable household; what one would expect from farm life 20 miles outside of the nearest small town. Grew up learning about cities and towns outside of the farm and began to dream of a different life, maybe even a better life than that of one on a farm. Saved enough money to move closer to a big city with more opportunity and chose Los Santos. City life was not what it was thought to be; criminal elements never really thought of were around almost all corners. After failing at a few new ventures, settled down on a small farm near the outskirts to have a steady income and have some more familiarity of surroundings back in life. After getting used to the countryside and inner city, decided to take chances on new ventures and work towards a better purpose. Missing the simplicity of farm life and small town feel but not wanting to feel stuck forever, thoughts of a better life and knowing what could be finally began to give direction to a small town young man....

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
10-15 hours per week.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
Crime in rampant waves cannot be a continual daily expectation of life in the city. The DOC provides the means to give rehabilitation for those who never thought they would even need it. Being part of an organization that gives a clear two way fork in the road of life for those who need it gives a great sense of purpose and direction for those who are part of that organization, and that is the main reason for wanting to join. For those who wish to continually engage in criminal activities, the DOC can be there for them in the capacity of keeping them off the streets and away from the masses. For those who wish to rehabilitate themselves after their stay they can move on to be a useful part of society - in both scenarios the DOC is the providing service.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Quite well, I do well with adaptation to circumstances and opportunities that present themselves. I do well with verbal diplomacy where required but am willing to take action if it calls for it.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
Having been part of a quiet life for many years of my life, I believe I have the unique perspective of seeing the better in individuals and ultimately what purpose a person can have on their community. Putting in the time to hone my craft is the essence of who I am and I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Physically I am strong, mentally I am tough.
