My name is Rad Johnson. I came to Los Santos five years ago. My homeland is Bulgaria. In the beginning I struggled with learning English, but now It is fluent. I came here because I had problems with some gangsters in Bulgaria. Back then I worked as a mechanic. I had to build my first car so that gave me a basic understanding of how cars work. I have been a car enthusiast as long as I remember. As a mechanic I learnt how to work with a lot of people. Since I came to USA, I have been struggling to find a job. I had to live in my cousin's apartment, but now I decided to step up and get on my feet.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I am currently a taxi driver at DCC. I've been one of the most active drivers in the past month since I was hired, I even got a Driver of the week award. I have always been as profesional as I can possibly be. I plan to work if hired at least 20 hours per week if hired.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
It has always been my dream to be able to work as any kind of law enforcement. In the past I have done some bad things and after been in prison I made a resolution to be a different person and to be on the right side of the bars. I think of myself as a workaholic and a true professional in every job I have taken. I am determined to succeed and perform at the highest level possible. I work great in team and working at DCC has further developed that skill. I have always maintained friendly relationship with my co-workers. In only a moth I have been awarded Driver of the week award and worked a total of over 120 hours at DCC. If I am accepted I would aim that dedication in SADOC and work as a taxi driver by side. I am able to resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner and that is why I think a correction officer would be a perfect fit for me.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I always tend to be the most professional, I can be very calm even on the most stressful days and not let the emotions get the best out of me. First I calm down and take some time to think about what is the best way to react to the situation and then react the best way possble.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am able to resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner. I can be very professional and still maintain a healthy and friendly work relationships with my co-workers. I tend to work very good in team. I can hold my emotions even in the most stressful situations. I am able to fully dedicate my energy and time into my workplace. I believe to be in great physical shape as I maintain healthy lifestyle and the physical part wouldn’t be a problem as I always attend marathons and swimming competitions when possible.

I do not, but there is always fist time for everything.

I am currently a Driver at Downtown Cab Co.

Yes I do, at DCC we have always had great team building events which created a vey self-helping team.

I have, on 30/03/2020 when I was on duty as a taxi driver my personal vehicle was stollen and I decided to take things in my had and tried to stop the criminal from running away, while calling the police and when they came they arrested me as well for attempted murder. I have since changed a lot, joining DCC again and participating in Legal MC called Diablos MC. I haven't commited any crimes since then, and do not plan to ever again.
