Born to a poor family in Bronx, New York in the 90's Stephen suprisingly didn't turn to crime and stayed on a legal path always wanting to become a police officer. He was always laughed at by kids at school because he wanted to become a police officer. These kids would challange Stephen to do various crime activities to "prove" himself but he would never do anything illegal. He graduated from high school in his home town of Bronx before moving to Phoenix, Arizona with his aunt where he studied law for five years. As soon as he turned 21 Stephen Joined US army and served it for three years being deployed to various battlefields before eventually coming into Los Santos to look for new opportunities and visit his brother Joe who turned to a life of crime.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I can be on-duty for 2-3 hours per day at a time when not alot of people are in town.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join SADOC because I always wanted to become a police detective but in order to do so I need to better understand how these people actually work/behave so I think SADOC would be a perfect place to do just that.
I was born in a poor area in Bronx and know how it is when you don't have choice but to turn to crime. I want to help these people who were not as fortunate as me and try to change their minds to turn away from crime. I want to change people's oppinion about SADOC and want to improve experience of those who end up in SADOC by not just sitting at the front desk and then just beat them up because they started a fight over food or stamps. I would be interacting with them in various ways and try to make SADOC both a better and safer place to stay in no matter their race, ethnicty or skin colour.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I keep my head cool and make usefull and what I consider good callouts.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am loyal. If I get a job I will always try my best to prove to others and myself that I am good enough for a certain job and try to keep it for as much time as possible while raising through the ranks. Secondly I was in the army so I know how to fight with or without a weapon making me valuable in prison brawls or just smaller fights that break out daily. I can keep my head cool in tense situations and keep my self and my coleagues alive if something bad happends in the cellblock. During tense situations I can give calm and good callouts that help both me and others.

I served US army for 4 years.

/me is used to "create" actions that are not scripted and are used to aid your roleplay. For example you can't scriptly pick up papers but you can do it with a /me grabs a paper from the workdesk .

/do's are ussualy used to respond to /me's. For example: if someone is robbing you they would use /me attempts to pat the man down and then you would respond with /Do there would be no resistance before the player robbing you can use /frisk.
