Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I'm Tom, short for Tommy. I'm 26 years old. I've moved into this town about 13 months ago, enjoying the city so far. I was born in the east side of La Cartel, there are many gang related things happening back in that town that I got fed up with so I chose to relocate to this city as I'm not a fan of gang activities. I've finished my studies at the age of 18 and recently got my drivers license, I was the top student back then, aced all of my tests as well as passed my driving tests in one go. I've never gotten my self related with the police and I haven't ever been in jail before. I really love jobs like these as I get a lot of time to communicate with other people to make new friends. I don't have any weaknesses/down sides to my self. I'm not shy to be around people/new people, I don't get stubborn about anything. I talk with people that get angry/emotional and try to find out what is wrong, give them life advice and hopefully resolve the situation. I respect every single person on this world and give them all the rights that they have, there hasn't been any fights or dis-agreement with anyone for as long as I've been in this town.
I will ensure that all of my time and energy will be dedicated to this working position.
First of all, I am very determined. If I put my mind to something I will do it to the best of my ability, to assist others and to ensure criminals are safe inside DOC. I definitely think my experience with criminals in the past puts me in the right position as I know how to work with any type of individual no matter how dangerous or mentally changed they may be. My father once worked at LSPD, we went on daily drives around the city in his cruiser, he also took many criminals to the DOC and told me many things about this place, sadly my father passed away and I am willing to take his place. He used to tell me about his experience in DOC and what people are like, so I have listened to many interesting stories that will make me better equipped from the start. I believe that I would be great in this role as I have great people skills and can adapt to any conversation needed. I have the ability to not only be strict but can always be extremely reasonable and know the right time to change between this. I've also studied psychology for over 7 years, in my studies I've learned on how to treat different people, when they're lying, when they're planning on doing something that might harm others. I feel like this is a major plus for DOC.
The first thing my father once told me, is it not over react and not to panic, I would take deep breaths, if this situation was located at DOC I would call for backup just in case things get messy, I would try to find out the cause of the situation and deal with it as fast and productive as possible.
I possess many valuable traits, however, the most valuable one surely is dedication. So far, I've noticed that once I dedicate myself to something, either it was fighting back in the day, or studies, I tend to finish it. I strive to reach my goals, and nothing will ever stop me from doing so. I'm sure my dedication would greatly benefit DOC, because nothing is more valuable to the department than dedicated officers, who are ready to put everything aside, in order to fulfill their duties, to protect and serve. I also possess psychology which I feel like is also a very important trait, as I am fully able to read peoples next actions according to their facial expressions, their unusual actions performed and such.

I have not.
I used to work at LSC and DCC.
I have not been convicted with any major crimes. I've been convicted of a misdemeanor but it isn't so much of a big deal. I had accouple of unpaid tickets where I didn't have enough money to pay off at the time and I chose to turn my self in for the benefit of the doubt.
