My name is Peace Sundance. I have over a decade of experience in the food service industry, which has garnered me a diverse interpersonal toolset which I am confident will allow me to solve any problems within the prison. I am dedicated, hardworking, and most importantly ambitious. I hope that I can serve as a role model in the prison for the prisoners to show them that it doesn't matter what has happened in your past, as you can always take control and change your future. The reason I desire to serve as this role model is because my father, Danger Sundance, was a serial criminal. He frequently caused harm on others in order to fulfill his selfish desires. I am confident that I can help others who are stuck on this destructive path turn their lives around- and enable genuine positive change in the city of Los Santos.
At least 3 shifts a week at a minimum.
As demonstrated by my previous work experience, I have a genuinely strong ability to handle interpersonal issues. This ability will allow me to uniquely impact the prison in a positive manner. I aim to provide serious conflict resolution between any prisoners in order to create as productive of an environment as possible. Alongside this, I have a strong ambition to grow any opportunity I have. I am confident that this mindset will reflect on the prisoners, and in the long run will help create positive change from within the correctional facility. Alongside this, I have a perfectly clean criminal record, a legally obtained firearms license, and I got 2nd place in the national highschool wrestling championship which demonstrates my hand to hand abilities if worst comes to worst. I have a strong understanding of the law and rules of the penitentiary system and desire to do everything in my ability to help those around me.
As a manager in the service industry I was taught to always keep a smile through the hardest of times. This positivity driven mindset always serves to help any hard situation. Humans have a tendency to reflect the moods of those around them, so by putting my best foot forward I am confident that my demeanor will encourage those around me to remain calm even through the most stressful of situations.
As mentioned before I am a trained martial artist (wrestling) however I plan on applying this skillset only as a last resort. However, my training has increased my athleticism substantially which will assist me and my team in the prison. My best traits are my interpersonal problem solving skills however which I am certain will be essential for working in the prison. Another one of my qualifications is my legally obtained firearms license, which clearly demonstrates that I am a responsible gun handler.
