Mordy Kaiser grew up in Los Santos, surrounded by drug and alcohol abuse, as well as violence. At a young age, Mordy and his brother Teddy vowed to work their way out of this way of life and not go down the same path as their family. They both wanted to be the change they wished to see.

At 19 years old, Mordy decided to join the military to have some structure and proper morals and ethics instilled in him. Mordy was taught a lot of things in the military, such as how to talk and deal with people when you're in a position of power and how not to abuse it. His time in the military will always be something he cherish's and is thankful for, but Mordy decided he didn't want to make the military a life long career and served out the rest of his contract, fulfilling his duties.

Mordy then moved back home to Los Santos and reunited with his brother Teddy. Here he is now, wanting to continue to serve, protect, and assist. He wants to move into the law enforcement world and transition his prior military experience and apply it at the DOC. Mordy would love to have the opportunity.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I will be able to dedicate between 2-5 hours everyday.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the Department of Corrections to continue serving my country and city. I want to transition from the military to the DOC and gain the knowledge and experience that will be useful and needed in Los Santos.

You should choose me over other applicants because I already posses some experience in the military and would not be coming into this brand new. I've had to deal with situations that could help me remain calm and also continue to get the job done correctly. I am a very quick learner, as well as very eager to join the Department of Corrections and prove to myself that I can be successful in this line of work. I feel that I would be a valuable asset and team member and would only help to improve the workplace.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
When I find myself in stressful situations, I rely on my constant training over the years to remain as calm as possible while completing the task. I also know that I can trust that my teammates have my back and to look out for my safety, just as I will do for them.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have military experience, which means I have been taught how to handle myself in combat using hand to hand techniques, as well as multiple weapon certifications. I had to learn how to work as a team, as a unit, and to trust that your brothers and sisters will protect you. I also am a very responsible and reliable person. I am a quick learner and eager to constantly improve myself to be the best that I can be.

Yes, served in the military beginning at the age of 19 and was honorably discharged at the age of 27.
