Jayden Lemone was born into Los Santos. He spent his young years in nothing but trouble. He was always getting into fights and in trouble by the police. When he was 14 she was exposed to gang violence and chances. That's when things went down hill. He was holding stores and getting into shootouts. He never got caught. When he was 16, in a regular day of school his father was killed in revenge by a rival gang. This sparked Jayden to change his behavior. He realised he wasnt for the streets. Instead he wanted to be against them. He spent his next 16 years studying law and phycology. He graduated law school with a masters degree and wanted to do something good with it. So here I am today, looking to help the good and bring down the bad.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
Around 10 hours a week .

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I am experienced with Law Enforcement, I have been in different cities as a head of an LEO department. I know how to de-escalate situations and turn bad into good. I am looking to protect and serve the citizens of San Andreas. Also, I am one you can trust. I can get the job done and get it done right. I am dedicated to everything I do and can take responsibility behind my actions and own up to them. Also, I am very kind and considerate of others around me and how they feel. I am always willing to do the right things and can take orders from any race/sex/gender/etc. I am a quick learner and good listener. Also, I can put an oath to protect and serve and actually mean it.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I take a break/breather. I always think of the best things in bad situations aswell. This keeps me calm

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am responsible and mature. I can be here everyday with a game face on ready to do my job and be ready for everything behind those cell walls. Also, I am a quick leaner and a smart and fast thinker. I can come up with good outcome ideas of almost all situations. I also, always try to make the best of things and have over 2 years of LEO experience as in most cases I am higher than a commissioner and can be trusted very well and always keep my word. This is across other cities aswell.

/me applies to things that you physically would be able to do IRL, but can't because there is no animation for it. so like let's say your character gets shot in the chest and you wanted to grab your chest in pain for the RP. Since there is no /anim grabchest, you could do /me grabs his chest.

/do could also apply for getting approval of doing an action against somebody (to prevent powergaming). something like a cop wanting to grab your arm and cuff you, they would do /me would attempt to put cuffs on the suspect, and then they would do /do would you allow it?... then you could respond with /do yes,
