Knox Payton born in Lithuania, Vilnius is 25 years old age, moved to Los Santos with his family 15 years ago. Payton family had any problems in their household, they were supportive of each others all the time. Knox Payton has finished University of Los Santos and finished social worker degree.
After graduation Knox started his job in Los Santos DOC as correctional officer, climbed his way through to Human resources where he had a comfortable position, although he wanted more therefore he transferred to Los Santos Police department.
Knox always loved police department, gave his best and was becoming workaholic which lead to his burnout. Once his mother died he broke down and started making mistakes in the line of duty which lead to his suspension. Knox without thinking left his badge on the desk and moved out of the city back to Lithuania although he was never happy there, therefore he decided to come back to Los Santos city.
Loads of energy and atleast few hours a day.
I want to join San Andreas Deparrtment of Corrections because I want to help people rehabilitate into society. I have noticed that current system relies on serving time while people lose their families, social skills while serving time and adapt the mentality that every man are for themselves.
I always give my best at every given task, I work hard and always try to improve. I have experience in DOC work as H.R. officer as well as Police officer. I know how to handle a weapon, I give most respect to every person and I use the same force that others use on me. I always try to deescalate situations and my main goal is to help people.
I have learned to access situations as they go, give a time to relax if needs to and get into situations with clear mind. Once someone heats up they will start making mistakes and make situations more dangerous or provoke unnecessary actions.
I always take leadership in anything I do, that's what I like, to be a leader and help people to improve. I respect human beings even if they commit crimes, DOC is there to help them, not to push them more into criminal activities.
As I mentioned before I worked as DOC and LSPD officer therefore I try to do my job the best way I can.
