I am a 21 year old male who loves to help people. I have two brothers Lamar and Westly Freddie, We all grew up in a wealthy home with both a mother and father who where mechanical Engineers... At the age of 14 my cousin Walter Rich went Phyco and tried to kill every cop in the state of Los Santos, I went to Visit him 3 times a week until he lost it he broke free of the guards and the glass and started to punch me and beat me up. At this point I knew I had to make a change to the prison system so I decided to Be a good Role Model Around the city and pay attention to how the cops do things, After months and Months of studying I am ready to apply and come to DOC to make a change...

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to put all of my time and effort in this city to the Department of corrections to not hold people in a cell but to Reform them to go back into society...

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants?
I want to be a member of DOC to help reform members of the community who where lead down the wrong path and give them a new light, I want to help people be able to Reenter the world and have as many opportunities as possible and have the employers look past there charges and think wow this guy doesn't seem like he went to jail... My Goal As a DOC prison guard is to reform not detain and to make Excon's even better than people who where never convicted... How may I do this you ask, Well I will be in the cellblock or watching over the cellblock as much as I can, instead of putting them into a cell or solitary when they break out into fight I will talk to them individually and ask what the situation is... Depending on the situation I will decide weather it was this or that and make a final decision on what happens to the member of the fight... That's why I want to be higher at DOC and what makes me different

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I believe I handle very well under pressure, as I can keep a calm composed composure under tremendous amounts of pressure, I am able to break up fights on the street nice and easy and some of them end up being friends and I can neutralize a person who is assulting me without even laying a hand or weapon on them.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have no official qualifications but some things I do believe would make me a good member of DOC are I am a good human being and have a kind heart, I like to make friends and being friendly to the prisoners can make them want to be good and they can have a life like mine would be if I make it... Some Unofficial qualifications are I have been shadowing PD and DOC whenever I can to see how to do things lawfully and humanly without harming or injuring the suspect or convict.

No I do not in this city, But in another City I was head of Police and Worked with DOC to bring down crime

Yes, So around 6 months ago I was chilling minding my own business I had just gotten onto the ropes of ECRP when some dude named kyle came up to me and said, "hey you wanna give me your car for some bitcoin" me not knowing what that meant at first had said yes... Fast forward a couple of ooc days and he Pms me in game saying "you still wanna trade" me now knowing what it was but scared to back out of the deal cause he had threatened me on an OOC level. said yea, We went behind the ally way to do the trade, I had put in a ticket during this time to inform staff but i don't remember, after he had pulled a gun on my when I gave him the car I went imidetly to Police and had talked to them in B chat... AS of then I have not broken any rules and was unbanned Due to the fact that I had no control over the situation
