I am Justin Schroeder. I come from a rough background with rats and criminals in the street. I have seen it all. Many friends and family locked up and making poor choices but I think the Schroeder name is at a higher standard than that and should be a respected family and a positive family. I have seen my brother get shot and die with my own eyes and that's traumatic. I want to keep my family and my neighborhood and the ones around it safe from criminals and rats doing the wrong thing for selfish desires, wants, and money. I have seen a lot of things and want to change those traumatic things from happening to someone's brother, sister, daughter, son, cousin, or nephew.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
About 8-10 hours each day.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join SADOC because I want to keep the criminals that shot my brother in a cell making them pay for their crime and everyone who has got the lives changed by someone's criminal desires for their selfish needs. Then why should you choose me other than the other candidates? I have all the core values of integrity, teamwork, innovation, respect, leadership, and always getting everything done as safely as possible. I will go and get everything told to be done and not complain or bicker just about what it is told of me. I’m a great attribute physically. I'm 200cm and 105kg and mentally always fighting under pressure and fighting through everything thrown at me and not just giving up. Also, I’m just a down to Earth person and will get along with everyone working with me and we will bond more than any other candidate that will just want to do the job and not make connections with their fellow co-workers.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I take a breath and step back and think about what is stressing me to get that resolved and then move on.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am a very good active listener and good at being a team player. I always am listening to what is commanded of me and I have lots of teamwork under my belt I have worked at money transportation and you just listen to what atm to go to and you listen and execute that task and that's what I will do there just execute my task as told to me. I am always ready for my task I'm a fast but neat worker.
