Joeseph Manson was a very self made man, his parents kicked him out when he was 18 to teach him "real life skills" and while he would have rather lived with his parents in Atlanta for a bit longer - Joeseph enjoyed his freedom. He moved to Los Santos with all the money he had and got a job as a part time money trucker Joeseph then went to college at ULSA and got his degree in technical science. Joeseph met many new people and tried to fill the void of loneliness he had from living alone. It wasn't until his buddy Jack Barley mentioned to him that he was going to try and work for SADOC that he had an idea. He decided he needed a purpose and was going to try and work for the department of corrections. He wanted to clean up the city and help everyone people turn their lives around in prison. Joeseph saved up all his money and all his courage until he finally had a new car and an application filled out for the SADOC recruitment desk.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
All my time and energy possible, I will work as hard as possible.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections to find a purpose for my life. I want to help inmates clean themselves up while protecting them and my fellow officers at the same time. I should be chosen over other candidates because of my dedication and hard work ethic. I am more dedicated than many other people in the city. I put in all my effort when I am told to do something, I work harder than others and I do not work for the money. My work is put in to better the city and help others. A bad worker will worker for money and power but a good worker like me will work for a living to survive. I want to change others for the better as well as change myself - this type of mindset sets me apart from the rest and makes me fit for the job.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I keep my cool and try to handle the situation peacefully.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
One of my most valuable traits I possess is patience, I can stay patient and calm in even the hardest times and most difficult situations. As I stated in my previous response I am experienced in dealing with people, good or bad people, and this experience ties into my patience. Even with co-workers who aren't following policy or obeying the rules I stay patient and continue with my work. If there is one man you've met that is more patient than the rest - it is me.
