Jackson Scott was born in Minneapolis Minnesota at 1997. He had a relatively nice childhood with being born from a rich family. His father was the CEO of a small oil company. But due to the popularity and demand of oil it had become relatively successful. His mother was a high profile lawyer being famous for winning many major cases. He had gone to Wayzata high school where he had graduated at the top of his class. He is a highly intellectual man. Right after he had graduated out of high school he had gone to the military.
He had gone to Iraq on two tours and he had become a moderately successful soldier being a sergeant at the end of his military career. During his military service Jack had seen many of his friends die. He had developed PTSD and also depression. He is now a struggling veteran who is dealing with many PTSD episode. After high school Jake had also met future wife Amy. She had waited patiently waited for him for years but after he came back from the tours they had gotten married.
They had lived happily for the first two years of their marriage happily. They had two kids named Jake and Jamie but they had Jack and Amy had gotten a divorced because of the amount of arguments they were had. In the process of getting a divorce Jack had started therapy to recover from PTSD and depression. After coming back from a horrible few years Jack felt like he needed a clean slate so he had moved to Los Santos and had decided to move there to start from 0 and become a successful person for ones in his life. I believe that I should become a police officer because I feel like I would be a great fit for the force being ex military and having marksman experience. I feel that my past experiences would benefit me in the force and my passion for justice and peace could benefit the city. I see crime happening all the time and I feel that I should be a part of the police force. Many gangs and crews are getting stronger and I feel that having a stronger police force could tone them down. I also feel like it would keep the streets safers and I could let families live safely around the city.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on putting atleast 20 hours in every week

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would be a better applicant to the DOC because I have previous experience working at a prison . Since I have military experience I thought it would easier to join the DOC and I could get used to it since I ran a POW in my time in Iraq. I have the experience to run a prisoners and also to deal with them. In a dire situations I know how to be calm and collected learning how to deal with it. I have the military ,marksman and prision guard. I am the most hard working and dedicated guard out there and I would be able to help out the city. These make me a better applicant making it better to hire me than other applicants.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Calm and collected, I am usually optimistic with these situation.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am a born leader with being very chill and laid back and relaxed. But if I see something wrong going on in the prison I will take swift action to stop this from happening again. This would make me a good leader with the other guards incase I get into a leadership position. I am also a great follower since I will listen and obey what my superiors. But I have a moral compass and if I see something that I feel is imoral. For example if someone is abusing a prisoner I would try to stop him/her. I feel like I am a great model employee that DOC would benefit from.

Yes, I had 2 tours in iraq in the military.

Yes, I worked as an EMT as an EMR but I had left because I felt that if wouldn't be a great fit for me.
