I grew up in Little Mexico in San Andreas in a small house with my Mother, Father, and three brothers. Little Mexico was known for the Varrios Los Aztecas. Growing up and seeing these gangs that live near us and my father being a police officer was very scary. We were Attacked, Harassed, Stolen from until my brother couldn't take it and joined them promising protection from the police. With all this going on I was there for my mother to support and take care of dinner. I did my school and tried to stay out of trouble but also getting very close to the community. One night after a nasty discussion with my Brother and Aztecas my Brother came home in a sweat to grab his gun. Before any one of us could ask they opened fire on the house killing my Father and injuring my Brother. Shortly the police arrived and arrested my brother. He has been in prison ever since we moved and came to eclipse. Recently he was murdered in prison by an inside gang member. My other Brother joined the Military and died in combat 2 years later. I have learned that hated in this world should be locked up and away from the good that wants to enjoy life instead of hate taking it away.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to put as much effort and dedication into this department to focus on my goal and achieving it through hard work! I plan to bring Safety, Professionalism, Joyment to my fellow Officers and Citizens.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
After seeing all these gangs and kids being brought into this loop that never ends well without sacrifice. Citizens should not live in fear or be worried about loved ones in imprisonment. I am inspired to follow in my Fathers footsteps into becoming a Police Officer. I plan to start from the Department of Corrections and move up to the Police Department. I am also honoring my brother's life by insuring others their loved ones is safe and serving their time in a professional matter. I believe I should be picked over others by my skills and knowledge I can bring to the Department. Growing up learning a lot of slang and criminal activities can be used in law enforcement knowledge. I have a goal and plan to achieve it with you're help with my dedication.

In stressful situations, I reinsure myself and take a deep breath. Realize the objective and focus on completing the goal

I have learned A lot about gang activity and criminal knowledge while growing up. Gaining people's trust to understand secrets and untold slang and dealing. I plan to use all these horrible childhood memories and turn them into good with this department. I played for a team in paintball growing up in my 20's and have been in 4 Law enforcement Classes before we moved city's. I have common knowledge of the Law Enforcement Process and Profesilism.
