My name is Draco Santana born and raised in Chicago IL. To avoid the street life growing up I took up Mixed Martial Arts and spent my days in the gym, where I took on a professional record of 10-1 before moving to Los Santos. Being in the gym i learned a new level of discipline, hard work, and dedication. Being well versed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can only help me in this job. I have a big family back in Chicago that are very proud of my decision to move on to bigger things in my life. I've always been interested in a higher calling and helping keep my city safe. I was in the process of becoming a correctional officer at the IDOC before a sudden jump to Los Santos was needed. I am passion driven and ready to learn.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan to give 110% to this job with not an ounce of quit in my blood. I plan on learning everything I possibly can and being the best i can be in my duties.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to protect the people of this city from any harm that can come to them. I would like to have the opportunity to rehabilitate the lost men and women of this city to be upstanding citizens so they don't go out and do the exact same thing that got them here. Because that's what prison is about. Reform and rehabilitation so that they don't come back. Being from a street background i know how the respect works and how to talk to them. Weather it be talking them out of their current life of crime or talking them off the ledge. I have training and am well versed in any situation I could be put in all while having self control and discipline. I plan on helping this city to the best of my ability. With an opportunity I can show that I'm the best man for the job.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle pressure in any and all forms in the best way. Through all my years of training MMA I've been put through my fair share of stress. Discipline has made my mental game just as strong as my physical.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am trained in the art of Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Krav Maga. I also have taken Heimlich Maneuver courses. I am calm and do not over or under react in high pressure situations. Also for more delicate situations I've taken psychology and speech seminars to help with my conflict resolution. Hard work and dedication that goes unmatched. I'm a fast learner that can keep up and perform at the highest level. When I come to work I get to work.
