My name is Dillon Walker I’m 20 and I was born and raised in Missouri. It was kinda tough growing up my mom and dad got divorced at the age of 13 they would always argue and start fights which was hard to see at such a young age, I also grew up very poor and barley had things to eat around the house which was hard for me. When I was a teen I started to think about my future and what I wanted to succeed in, I loved baseball since I was little and I also wanted to be a police officer or work in the prison. I looked up to my dad when I was young and he used to tell me stories about being a prison guard, and I knew what I wanted to do when I get older. I graduated in 2019 and just moved to Los Santos in 2020 and looking to succeed in something I’m interested in.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
However much time is needed.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join because my dad was a former prison guard, he used to tell me a lot of stories about all the fights that happen in there and you have to control them. I have a lot of patience I believe that I can control what goes on in the prison. I believe you should hire me because I am a hard worker and I have a lot of patience when it comes to people, and you need patience for this kind of job, and not a lot of people have that. I work good with other people and I like to meet new people while I’m working, I also always take every job serious I don’t joke around when it comes to work.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Like I said before I have a lot of patience and I always make sure stay calm.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I’m a hard working when it comes to any job, I also have great communication with other people. I love getting to meet people and getting close with my employees, I’m a nice person and would do anything to help anyone. I have a lot of patience when it comes to people and patience is a main thing for this job. I always take my job seriously and I don’t slack off because that would make me look bad.
