Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Jameson Archer, I go by James. I was born July 11th, 1984 in Las Venturas, SA. I was an only child growing up, with two working class parents who tried their best, even when I didn't make it easy on them. I spent my adult life in Las Venturas on construction sites, not having much of a life outside of work, except the occasional night out to the casinos to blow off steam, a construction workers right of passage.
The appearance of glitz and glamour in Las Venturas wears off the longer you live there, though. You start to realize it's more like an old west town from an old Hollywood movie -- It looks good from the outside, but when you look closer, it's all a sham. Having grown tired of the atmosphere of Venturas, I came to Los Santos for a bit of a fresh start. Years of working in construction, seeing the older guys barely functioning physically because of the demanding work, I took the first decently paying job I could find here, with Gruppe Sechs. Not great pay and not great hours, but less physically demanding, and allowed me to get by in town while I attempted to find more befitting employment.
I take learning a new position very seriously, and would be spending all of my available work hours dedicated to learning the ins-and-outs of my position, and whatever was required of me.
I've had a keen interest in the SADOC since I've moved here. As a law abiding citizen, I realistically had no experience in the prison system, and went out to speak to people with knowledge of it, both good and bad. The Department of Corrections seems like a sometimes overlooked facet of the government of San Andreas, and from speaking to people it feels like the kind of place that focusing my energy on would be the most beneficial to give back to my government.
I believe in choosing me over other applicants, you would be choosing someone whose energy and enthusiasm for any task at hand would be unmatched. In everything in my life, I take an almost competitive drive in it. I want to learn, I want to improve. I want to be the person in the workplace who is known as reliable, the person to ask for guidance or solutions to problems that might arise. These things don't come over night, but working towards being a knowledgeable professional is something I excel and, I believe I would make a great candidate for SADOC.
I feel that I am great and level headed in high pressure or stressful situations. Depending on the situations, I feel I am great at diffusing confrontations with people, and I've always been able to handle high pressure situations with a calm and collected demeanor.
I am an energetic and reliable self-motivated individual, with a strong belief in the importance of the rule of law in society. I believe in justice, and also in the importance of treating even the worst in society as human beings. I handle confrontation with a diplomatic approach to any and all extents reasonably possible, trying to never encourage a worsening situation or outcome. I pride myself on my generally social demeanor (where appropriate of course) and ability to come to some level of understanding with people who may not necessarily be similar. I have a history of hunter safety and firearms safety courses, I was formerly trained in CPR (and hope to go for a BLS certificate here in Los Santos) and am a by the book, orderly individual who strives to meet the expectations of his employers.

While my most recent work (namely at Gruppe Sechs) has been more solo work, I spent years as an experienced member of an in high demand construction crew, trained in CPR and safety procedures, and often lead the morning safety meetings. I worked with a team to ensure completion dates were met on schedule, while working together to ensure a safe and positive work place.

It's a roleplay command for your character, to roleplay an action. Can simply be for color, but is often used to further an interaction with another person. "/me reads and signs the contract for the work to be done on his car."
Do is a command to objectively describe an action, often after /me. Using the above example, I may follow up with "/do Would the mechanic accept the signed contract?"
