Why should we accept you for that position?: It's been a while since my discharge from SADOC. I'm pretty sure that many things have been changed here. I used to work in SADOC as a Correctional officer for a while but I see it would be better for myself to start over and learn new rules and protocols.

Why did your employment with the San Andreas Department of Corrections end? After a few months of working at the SADOC, a critical situation happened at the prison. There were few people that went rogue and attempted to a prison break. The fight was so hard and it took all of us all day to handle this situation. We even had some casualties that day. Due to the order of the high command, I and my brother Oliver took out a stinger. Fighting tactical changed to defensive so we didn't have any time to place that. That was a deadly hard day and we forgot to put it back into the locker. On the way to our house, some few people in black stopped and robbed us. They took our stinger. A few hours later we both got a call from SADOC. Charged us to taking out the stinger and selling it to gangs but unfortunately, we didn't have any proof to give. So we both got discharged from SADOC.

What have you done since your resignation or termination? Few weeks after my discharge, our mother passed away so we returned to Liberty City for the funeral. Then we decided to stay there to spend the time with the family. We just returned to Los Santos a few days ago.

PT Preparations
Upon arriving at the DOC for your physical test, you should wear comfortable clothes as your physical condition will be tested through various exercises.

Exercise Phase
For the exercises, you will be taken up to Paleto by a member of HR and sent through a rigorous assault course that will test your physical capabilities. ((An RP test showing how well you can use /me and /do. This faction requires high RP quality and we expect you to show us your RP capabilities here.))

Academy Preparations
You will be required to take plenty of notes during the academy so ensure that you bring a notepad and pen.

Information Phase
You will receive a tour of the prison during which we will explain our procedures and general rules. After that, you will be taken to a classroom and taught everything needed for a Correctional Trainee to pass their exam.

The Exam
Should you pass the exam, then you will receive your new badge and be asked to clock on duty for your first watch under proper supervision. At all times you will have a superior officer around to answer any questions and help you if need be. If you fail the exam, you will be escorted off the premises and can apply pending next recruitment drive.
