I'm Justin Veroni from Liberty City, where I grew up but crime got so bad I had to end up moving to Los Santos which I now know... isn't very better. I've always wanted to help people and what better way then by keeping out city's worst criminals in and making sure they do not get out and harm some innocent civilians. I am also looking for a long term or permanent career so I can make something of my self and stop wasting my time fishing and mining my life away. I also think that I would make a great addition to the team because I am kind and understanding when I need to be but also stern and strict when I need to be.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on working just about every day if I get hired and put in a minimum of 2 hours per day

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because I want to keep the civilians of this city safe from criminals and people who would like to hurt them and what better way then making sure our cities most dangerous criminals stay behind bars and do what their told. I think you should hire me over other applicants because I have some experience in dealing with violent people, back in Liberty City I worked for a few years as a bouncer where I was constantly getting into altercations and having to deal with violent people and having to use force to control the situation. I also have my trucking license and have lots of experience driving trucks from previous jobs, so I would be a good candidate for transporting prisoners back and forth from the prison if that is something you guys do.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I can be calm and collective when I need to be but also strict and assertive when I need to be

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have a trucking license with plenty of experience and I used to work at a bar as a bouncer so I have experience in physicals altercations and having to deescalate situations. I am also good with hand weapons like a baton and I am a quick learner so any skills or traits I do not currently posses I will be able to learn fast and efficiently. I also have a good eye for spotting bad behavior which may be a very good advantage in a position like this one

I do not have any law enforcement experience but I come from a air force military home and was in cadets my entire life up until I was 18, so I now how to talk to my superiors and how to show respect to those higher in command

Only when I worked as a bouncer we learned to lean on each other because the team is stronger then one person

Got a reckless driving charge when I was a kid and spent a very short time in a cell but never ended up in prison, but it was years ago and I have since learned from my mistakes and am now on the straight and narrow
