Today, The San Andreas Department of Corrections Internal Affairs Division is announcing the release of a new Small Claims Form. This form will allow those who were previously incarcerated at the SADOC to file a claim of up to $10,000 in value for goods lost as a result of officer misconduct.

Maintaining the public's trust is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, by introducing this report, the SADOC Internal Affairs Division aims to make it easier for members of the public to report incidents of minor misconduct with the goal that they will be addressed and rectified more frequently.

If you feel you meet the outlined criteria and would like to file a claim, please fill out the form found here.

Please remember the following items are not stored by the SADOC, and are therefore not eligible to be claimed:
    • Masks.
    • Weapons of any kind.
    • Drugs or drug-related materials, including painkillers.
    • Items that can be used for illicit acts, such as bobby pins or bolt cutters.
    • Raw meat or fish.
If you have any questions related to this process, feel free to reach out to the SADOC Internal Affairs Division via email ((forum PM)).
