Zach Orlov known as a smart, loyal and mildy combative person who was born in Moscow, Russia. He grew up in a wealthy family, his father Grigory Orlov was the CEO of one of the biggest logistics companies in St. Petersburg, known as Crown Logistics Co, who would work hard five days a week with the two days Grigory had off he would do leisure activities, some to which Zach would be commonly invited too. This entailed hunting, basketball, doing adjustments around the house, sailing and golf. Zach found much love with the many activities his father shared with him over the years. Zachs mother has passed away while giving birth to Zach. He hardly ever talks about it but the love from his Dad Grigory has fullfilled everything in his life. While growing up Zach felt entitled, which may have been the cause of some of the issues he had experienced while growing up, a significant event that Zach experienced was when he was only 15 years of age he started a brawl in the high school yards with a boy named Boris, Zach caused Boris to go to hospital for stitches to his noce and cheek bone. Later on influenced many decisions as he felt he had power to unleash. Upon turning 17, Zach was hungry for money and decided to make his own business by selling t-shirt, he would print logos on them himself by using a 3D printer that he bought from a neighbour and sell them on the high street markets and to school mates in school. This has made Grigory the father of Zach very proud as at this young age he was already taking initiative to do something of his own. Little taste of business influenced Zach to do bigger and greater things in life..

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
As I am currently employed by DCC on avarage i am collecting 30 hours a month ((Week))

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
First of all I have previously been employed by Los Santos Medical Department that was some time ago then I was an Officer at Sheriffs department where I have resigned from both and been out of town for a while. When I have got back in town I was not employed and been hanging around with wrong people where I have seen the bad side of the country. I want to make a difference in life. I want to make a difference in other peoples life. I want to make sure these people that do serve time in prison will return to the city being a better people and I want to influence these people that serve time to do it better when they come out. I want to be a part of their life, I want to be someone that these people look up to. There is no better place to do it than working for such a important organisation.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I can cope very very well with stress and working under stress. I have previously worked at organisations who also require to be mindful and work under pressure. I have coped well and this is not a challenge for me.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have previously studied business at Epping Forest College where I have gained customer service and all the admin skills. Therefore after I have become a medic at Los Santos Medic Department so I know how to work very well in stressful situations and follow the orders and instructions. After it I have completed my Sheriffs academy where I have gained a lot of different experiences throughout working time there. I am currently working for DCC where my ability to talk to people and listen to their needs has become a priority.

I have previously worked for LSSD, I have not been there for long but passed it through the academy.

Never worked for a Government.

Do you have any previous experience working as part of a team?
Throughout my previous experiences in the city all of my positions required me to work with other employees as a team as we all trying to achieve the same goal. LSSD, LSEMS and DCC

I havent been imprisoned for a very long time. I have been imprisoned once for reckless driving operation, but that was some time ago and me spending time in prison has been the worst time ever. I have been best for both worlds but I want to improve others to do better in life and show them the path.
