Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Ruiz Sandoval I was born in Los Santos Sandy Shores.
I went to schools and I graduated with good grades which made my dad happy so he decided to let me learn in one of the best colleges in Los Santos.
After I graduated from college with good grades, I was searching for a job and I had no idea what job to get, so I decided to work at LSC and it was a great idea but I felt that I have to change the workplace and join a Law Enforcement Agency.
I feel like DOC would be an excellent start to my career in protecting others.
I will devote all of my time to being on duty at the Department of Corrections.
I will try to devote as much time and energy as I can towards DOC, and try to be on duty every day, not just on specific days, no matter if it is Christmas or my birthday.
There are plenty of things that make me want to pursue a job in DOC, such as giving people another chance which I have given to plenty of people. The first thing I did when I got here was getting a gun license because of the huge amount of crime that takes place here, and I was always in danger.
When working with criminals, we should try our best to turn their lives around and make sure they don't come back here tomorrow. We should be strict but we should not purposely provoke inmates, as that would just provoke them and all kinds of rioting and fights begin.
I am looking for a stable workplace with a good environment that could bring me lots of new experiences and friends.
First you should understand what you're dealing with. Learn as much as you can from the situation. If you don't understand the situation, you won't handle it well.
Then, you must think about delegating. Handling stress is not always easy, and teamwork can help share it between us all. If you are in specific situations everyday, you will get comfortable in them, and eventually won't feel stress in those specific situations anymore.
These are just a few thoughts I came up with, there is no specific philosopher's stone on how you could handle stress.
I have a lot of experience on a lot of lines of work and leading a team, I am hardworking, honest, a good problem-solver, loyal, smart ,flexible, and most importantly I have very good communication skills. Last but not least, every new job comes with a whole lot of things to learn, and I am willing to learn new things to expand my knowledge further, and also get to know new ways of approaching things.
