Jerry Bryant is born in Singapore. He was born on October 11 1995. His father was a correction officer and thus from small his father has taught him the rules and regulations of a citizen. From then on, Jerry dream is to be a correction officer where he can educate prisoners into a useful citizen. He has studied in the NUS Faculty of Law where he got a degree. Because of the loan for his university Jerry has to work free lance job in order to pay back. And finally, he has paid off all his debt. At the same time, the Department of Correction has started recruiting people. Jerry immediately seize the opportunity and applied for a position.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I am willing to put in 100% of my energy if the SADOC accept Jerry. I am able to work 2-3 hours on weekdays and 5-6 hours on weekends. As I have more time during the weekend.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would want to rehabilitate offenders. I am not interested in punishing criminal offenders or to have power or control over others. The purpose of me joining SADOC is to promote and facilitate peace, tranquility and order in the facility. I believe that everyone has a kind part and through being a correctional officer, I am sure I can get their kind part out and make them useful to the society after they have gotten out of the prison. My attitude is I am there to help everyone complete their time and get out of there in one piece and, hopefully, as a better person for the experience. At the same time, I try to treat everyone decently to maintain equality in the prison and I would never tolerate corruption in the prison.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
In the situation where I have to handle pressure or stressful situation, I would always take a deep breath and always look a brighter side of life. I believe that by being calm it would actually make the reduce the pressure of the situation. At the same time, I would never vent my stress or pressure to anyone near me as it is very inconsiderate to do that and would actually make situation worse. Which is why i am able to handle my pressure by thinking of the consequences and being calm.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am always open-minded and willing to adapt to changes. I am a selfless person too and would always put the need of others before mine. I have excellent communication skills and would well as a team member/leader. I am good in aiming as I have played CSGO. I have a good driving skill and with this skill, I could chase any prisoner would escape from the prison. I can handle uncertainty and the ability to weigh evidence with intuition and take action in a timely manner.

No. But I have the knowledge from my law degree.

Yes. I was given a warning but, I have appeal the punishment to the forum.
My Explaination:
I was driving the money truck to Blaine County. When suddenly a guy with a bike rammed me from the mountains.
After that, his friend started ramming into me and I stopped and chat.
He said that I should go back and call the medic I said "Ok, after servicing just after this I would go back".
But he was unhappy and started pulling out his gun.
I was horrified and started driving to the police station.
There was an officer there but he said he was a trainee and was unable to settle it.
Thereafter, the guy with the gun started shooting and said " Never Mind I will take matter to my hand".
After that, he ran off. I was dumbfounded as I did not realize how rude he was.
I ran back to the crime scene as I was sure that he was there to accompany his friend.
I wanted to talk to him about how rude he is but my computer started lagged and I am unable to stop and the side of the road.
Thus banging into them. I apologized for ramming into them saying it is unintentional but they couldn't listen and started firing their pistols at me.
