Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
Hello dear HR team. I am Aron. I have been working really hard ever since I got to the city. I worked a few low paid jobs to get myself off the ground, then I worked at LS Customs for a few months. The key note was that I work hard, wherever I am. I give 100% to the job, I am committed and I make sure that everything I do is done to the best of my ability. I aim to be a part of a good team and I also love working as part of a team. It allows me to express myself, develop as a person and to make friendships with co-workers. I like to learn new things and I am also a quick learner, therefore I thought that the DOC would be a great new stepping stone to increase my career's variety, as variety is the spice of life. I heard the DOC does an amazing job - therefore, I thought that as a hard working individual I can be part of it. My hobbies are fishing, hunting and practicing my shooting when I have some time.
All of it, I'd like to work hard and climb the ladder within the DOC
Well, I believe I have spent quite a lot of time in the city already which allowed me to learn many things and become quite experienced in the way in which Los Santos works. I understand how it works all across the board, which allows me to have a better vision in terms of resolving conflicts, pain points and issues. The DOC seems like an exciting and interesting workplace, which I have always wanted to join. I have a friend who works there - Ronnie - and he said it's also great. I believe by hiring me you'd not be making a mistake. Why, you ask? First of all, I will work many hours, work them hard and do the DOC proud - as I want to contribute a lot to the workplace and make it better. Second of all, I have a lot of experience in managing difficult situations with difficult people, therefore I will be completely fine with handling whatever's thrown at me I believe. And lastly, and most importantly, I am a keen learner who is able to adapt to the situation quickly and easily with the initial guidance, allowing me to work on my own when needed without much assistance or supervision.
I can handle pressure quite well. I worked at many customer facing jobs before, where we had to manage 10-15 customers with only 2-3 staff members at LSC. It is difficult, but having learnt those experiences means that I do not crack under pressure as easily, allowing me to control the situation and everyone it it more effectively. I try my best to stay cool and understand all parties in any potential conflicts and resolve it rather than agitate it.
I have been working ever since I got to the city. I have acquired many customer facing skills at LSC as it was full of many difficult situations. These trains include being patient with people, understanding their needs and wants, being able to resolve conflicts and to get the best out of a situation. I am cool-headed and hard working as mentioned before, therefore hiring me will mean that a lot of work will get done. I am a bit of a workaholic. I also have an official gun license and I can wield weapons at an excellent rate due to my hobby as well. I have also experience with managing small teams before, therefore I'd ideally like to work my way up the ladder to a similar position but all in due course.

In previous cities I have been part of the local Army Garrison and the local PD where I obtained the rank of a Sgt. This allowed me to develop and really understand how these government bodies and agencies work, the chain of command and how to be obedient to your superiors.
I have worked at LSC, where I was a Roadside branch agent.
Yes, I have worked at LSC for the last few months where we had a big team.
I have been in the act of a misdemeanor unfortunately, I was caught speeding and spent a few days in jail. However this is hopefully nothing too serious as this was my first and last event.

Yes - not always just
/me is used for actions that do not have animations for it. For example, when you have a crash a /me hits against dashboard etc is appropriate.
/do is used for descriptions and to roleplay more effectively and give others a chance to respond to an RP. Such as /do the car would be painted black now etc.
