My name is Owen Thomson, i moved to the United states away from my home country england for one reason and one reason only, to turn my life around for the better, after getting discharged from the United Kingdom army i struggled to find something to fill that gap in my life which was missing, this caused a breakdown in my marriage and for me to slowly start drifting away from my family. Shortly after this i had the tragic passing of my mother, and after that i knew there was nothing left here anymore for me, i had to move, i needed a change of scenary, so where better to go to try and pick my life up off of the ground than the country of dreams, the great USA, shortly after moving i find a partner in which we have a great connection and who i am now happy to call my wife, meaning i could continue to enjoy my life here, however i still felt like i needed something to fill the gap of adrenaline and excitement that left me after being discharged.
I plan on dedicating a lot of time and effort to this job making sure im constantly learning and improving and hopefully be able to develop into an important asset for the team.
I personally feel i can bring a lot to team as well as learning lots, i feel the idea of prisoners being put in prisons and left to rot is wrong, and i want to be part of the history which helped reform prisons and turn them into a place where people can learn from their mistakes and develop as a person from their time spent inside, rather than being constant re offenders. I feel like i can be a positive impact on your team, and i am determined to work as hard as needed to achieve greatness and develop as an employee and as a person, and i feel like if given a chance i can prove all of this, and become a important part of your team.
I feel my ability to preform in high pressure situations is top class, in fact i would go as far as to say that i thrive in these situations, and throughout my whole life i have had challenges that posses high stress and pressure situations, but i always see this as a hurdle, but one that i have the upmost confidence that i can be overcome.
I feel i have many traits that could be of benefit to you at the prison, i am a motivator and feel that i can help boost the morale of a team when given the opportunity, as well as being a very determined person, meaning that i am not afraid of a challenge and can face all tasks head on, with the ability to do this alone as well as being able to embrace help when i need it and working as a unit.

I was a huge on team sports when in high school, participation in many team sports such as football and rugby, and with these i have often been a team captain and someone who people can look to for guidance. I have also however worked on the farms where the communication between workers can be vital to make sure the upheld of the farm is correct and all animals have been fed etc.

i was falsely given a ban when the server updated where many people were given a ban for speed hack when being spawned in different locations however this got voided as can be seen on the admin logs as it was due to server problems, nothing i did.
