The Los Santos Police Department has been enforcing a strict no-parking policy for the entire of the Del Perro Pier ever since it was opened due to numerous public safety concerns and issues. If you are traveling to the fishing pier either for business or pleasure you are advised to park your vehicle within the confines of legal parking spaces which can be found near the entrance of the pier. We have attached photos of the locations referenced here which can be found below.

It's important that we are able to provide the general public with a safe environment at the Del Perro Pier, and because of that, it's good to note that drivers who violate these parking laws are subjected to receive a fine of $500.00 for Illegal Parking and possibly have their vehicle impounded.

Employees of the Downtown Cab Company will not be penalized for illegal parking if they are driving safely down the pier to collect an already waiting customer, however, they may not stand stationary in the red zone, to wait for customers.

We have also noted your concerns that there's been an increased amount of theft at the parking lot, and while we've not received near enough reports to support this, we've still increased our presence at the pier in order to proactively stop these alleged thefts.
