Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I was born and raised in a Korean household that was in a suburban neighborhood of San Andreas. I have 2 siblings, a brother, and a sister. My siblings mostly have gone towards different paths in life, my brother leaving San Andreas behind and finding his soulmate in Hawaii. My sister decided to travel the world with her University friends. Because of this we rarely ever talk with each other and are not very involved in each other’s lives. My parents first lived in Korea, later immigrating to the US illegally and having to find work urgently. We were a busy household at the time, even me when I was 10 had to find a way to help the family gain money. When I was born I was surrounded by gang violence and death. During my middle school years, I and my 3 brothers at the time were very involved in our local gang. I enjoyed the gang, it offered protection for me and I was surrounded by people similar to myself. This opinion quickly changed when my two older brothers, may the rest in peace died when they were robbing a house. After their death I was never the same, and I quickly wanted to leave the gang life behind me. John and Carter will forever be remembered in my heart. After I finished High School I didn’t have the opportunity to go to college, instead, I had to provide for my younger sister and younger brother. My parents during this time still barely made ends meet which is why I decided to lend a helping hand with an additional income. The rest of my life has been a blur of fury, my younger siblings growing up, going separate paths, and the death of my parents from serious medical conditions, and without the financial aid to pay for the treatment.
How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If I am hired I plan to spend the majority of my time and energy working for the DOC.
I want to join the SADOC for the goal of parting myself from my past and history from being in a gang. As I said in my biography my two oldest brothers were both shot and killed from doing gang activities. I also want to work in the prison system since I feel that it is more beneficial to supervise and oversee the inmates than just arresting them and giving them a felony. As I said before I wish to separate myself from my past and by doing that I believe joining the Department of Corrections could truly separate myself from my history of gang activity. I believe that I am a better candidate than the other applicants is because of my keen awareness. I am always aware of my surroundings and this is especially important when you are working around some of San Andreas’s most infamous criminals. I also am a generally helpful person. I like to help people, so when I see one of my fellow team members struggling I would always try to help them. So, for these reasons I believe that I am a better candidate than the other applicants.
As cliche as it may sound, I like to take deep breaths, and really just focus on my breathing.
I possess different traits and qualifications that could make me an asset to the Department of Corrections. One of those traits is my reliability, I like to do things the right way and do the tasks to the best of my ability. Another trait I have is honesty. I believe that I am an honest person and I have nothing to lie about when it comes to my work or my life in general. I also came from a gang background and I believe that it is helpful since I already know how many of the gang members would act.

Yes, I do have experience with working in teams.
I have been convicted of a misdemeanor for speeding. It was definitely a dumb mistake of mine and when I look back on it I am disgusted for the fact that I did that, and I would say that I have grown past that stage in my life.

I have had two punishments for my character. The first one being a quiz retake because I didn’t fail RP when I was being robbed. The second punishment was a warning because I broke the NLR rule. I was in a brawl with several people and thought it was ok to come back to my dead body without thinking. Both of these punishments are non-excusable and I have learned and grown past them.
